What’s something most people don’t know about you?

Something most people don’t know about me is that, while I love blogging about Avon and beauty, my deepest passion lies in environmental journalism. Beauty isn’t just what we show on the outside — it’s also what we are passionate about on the inside. Over the years I’ve freelanced on a variety of topics, and today I focus on Florida’s wildlife and environmental issues. Thinking about the world my grandchildren will inherit moves me at the deepest level. Children are fascinated by wildlife, and they should always be able to enjoy it in its healthiest natural environment — just like our ancestors did.
