Here’s a little-known secret about me: over the years, I’ve dabbled in writing and photography, pitching and even landing articles for various publications — including Nature Photographer! But my first love has always been journalism that makes a difference.

Why I Can’t Stay Silent: Writing for Wildlife & the Environment

You see, my love for nature goes way back — long before I ever picked up a camera or a pen. That’s why, when I decided to join Avon, it wasn’t just about beauty products. It was their 100% cruelty-free promise (Leaping Bunny certified since the 1980s!) what completely won me over — not to mention, I grew up loving their products, I just never knew that behind the brand, they were incredibly active championing animal welfare.

As you can see, I’ve always cared deeply about the environment and wildlife, and now I’m finally blending that lifelong passion with beauty and storytelling that inspire real action. It pains me to see wildlife suffering and our environment under threat — and that’s exactly what’s fueling me (coffee helps too! 🙃☕) — to share both makeup that’s guilt-free and environmental stories that matter. From conservation wins and cruelty-free beauty to the everyday heroes taking bold steps to protect our planet, this is where my passion meets purpose.
