What are you most worried about for the future?
Even though I’m usually an optimistic person—and my faith keeps me grounded—I do sometimes worry about where the world is headed. I follow history and current events, and I care deeply about the environment and the kind of future we’re leaving for our kids and grandkids. But I also believe small acts of care and connection matter. Self-care is psychologically uplifting, and that’s part of why I love what I do—helping others feel seen, confident, and supported in their everyday lives.
See, when we truly care for ourselves, that love doesn’t stay contained—it overflows into how we treat others, how we nurture our relationships, and how we care for our world. Because in the end, there’s no Planet B. How we show up—inside and out—matters.
