Somewhere between lip gloss launches, late-night edits, and unexpected life shifts, I wrote my 100th blog post—and I almost missed it! Since I love to celebrate the small milestones, I wanted to share it with all my subscribers, old and new. So here it goes… WOOHOO!! 🎉

Not just for the number itself, but for what it represents: consistency through chaos, creativity when I felt stuck, and a quiet little corner of the internet that somehow kept growing—even when I wasn’t sure I could keep up with it.

Here’s to the next hundred—because the art of blogging isn’t just in the product… it’s in the process.

Just to be clear, I’m not someone who just woke up one day and decided to sell Avon. Avon is part of my story—rooted in childhood memories and products I grew up loving. I still remember sneaking my mom’s mini lipsticks and giving my dolls their very own Avon makeovers.

As I got older, a bottle of Odyssey was always tucked in my school bag, right next to cherry chapsticks—a soft, dreamy mix of tuberose, lily of the valley, and musk that felt like confidence in a cloud.

Still smells just like I remember—soft, floral, and unforgettable. Odyssey aged like fine memories.

Life, of course, took its turns and curves, and I never imagined I’d be someone’s Avon lady next door. But two and a half years ago, when the opportunity came knocking, I thought: OMG… why not? I’ve always loved Avon—and these are time-tested products!

So I decided to create a space where beauty and everyday empowerment could bloom together—a place where women can show up and discover what works for their skin, their hair, or even just their morale.

Well, friends… here we are. 💚

I’m no blogging guru, but I’ve learned a few things from showing up, hitting “publish,” and growing alongside this community:

1. Consistency beats perfection.

The post that’s published is always better than the one that lives in your drafts forever.

I’ve learned that trusting the process means embracing it—from the first word to the moment you press “publish.” You can’t pour your heart into writing and then freeze when it’s time to share.

The fear that no one will read or care? Totally normal. But it’s also part of the process.

And once you push past that hurdle, something shifts—confidence grows, clarity comes, and the next post feels just a little bit easier.

2. Beauty is most powerful when it’s personal.

It’s not just about the products—it’s about the why behind the glow. The confidence. The story. Every woman has a reason for wanting to enhance her appearance, and it’s rarely about vanity. More often, it’s a desire to reflect the beauty she feels inside.

3. Faith in what you do blooms best when shared.

Even the smallest encouragement can make a big difference. Some days, I have to drag myself to create a post—but once I start, my fingers fly across the keyboard. I know women need this information. And with so many makeup brands out there, I want people to know that Avon is still relevant, still offers great products, and is still worth their time.

4. People love honesty—even in a lipstick review.

Sharing what I genuinely love has been the best way to connect with my audience. I try different products to see how they perform. If they pass my inspection, I blog about them. If not, I usually don’t say anything—unless someone tells me personally that they love it and why. I have to admit, not everyone has my hair type or skin. What doesn’t work for me might be exactly what someone else needs. That’s why I love hearing from you—your feedback, favorites, and beauty wins help make this space richer for everyone. So don’t be shy… let me know what works for you!

5. Your story matters. Always.

You never know who needs to hear what you’ve overcome or learned through your blogging journey. So keep sharing your truth, whatever you write about, and don’t forget to support each other by commenting and engaging. We’re all in this together!
